Instructions:

First, remove fat and tendons from the pork tenderloin and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

Peel the onion, dice finely and fry in oil. Add meat and fry as well.

Bring beef broth to a boil and add.

Braise meat with lid in about 15 minutes.

Bind the braising juice with sauce thickener. Season meat with bell pepper, salt, paprika, curry, nutmeg, cloves and chili sauce.

Chop peanuts and sprinkle over Indonesian-style pork tenderloin.
