For the pork tenderloins with banana cheese topping, slice the tenderloins and pound them a bit flat.

Mix oil, honey, salt and pepper, marinate the steaks with it, put them in the marinade and let them sit for at least an hour.

Peel and dice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry the steaks to taste. Place bananas in a grill tray, slice esterkron and place on top, sprinkle with hazelnuts and grill.
