Cut the meat into thin slices and the flesh of the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the oil in a wok (or in a large heated frying pan). Immediately add the garlic and spring onions, swirl in the hot oil for a minute, then remove from the wok for a second time. Then fry the meat in the same oil for about 3 min. Add the garlic and spring onions one more time. Add salt. Then sauté the pineapple pieces for about one minute. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and add. Sprinkle with lime juice.
