Instructions:

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into small cubes. Fry briefly in canola oil. Peel asparagus, cut into small pieces and cook in salted water until al dente. Mix all ingredients, stir in the egg and chopped dill and season with salt and pepper.Place 1 sheet of strudel dough on a cloth, brush with melted butter and cover with a second sheet of strudel dough. Sprinkle bread crumbs on the bottom third of the strudel dough and spread the filling. Fold edges of strudel dough together, roll up strudel with the help of the cloth and press ends well together.Place strudel on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and brush with melted butter. Bake at approx. 180°C for about 40 minutes.
