Instructions:

Warm the buttermilk a little. Peel the potatoes and grate or chop finely. Then squeeze a little and add to the remaining ingredients.

Add the slightly warmed buttermilk and knead everything together into a dough.

Flour a baking surface, shape the dough into an oblong loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan or silicone loaf pan (do not grease).

Score crosswise and bake at 150 °C for 30 minutes at the beginning, then bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

Let the potato bread cool after baking.
