For the potato dumplings with egg, peel and chop the onion. Cut the salami into small cubes. Cut the dumplings into coarse pieces. Beat eggs in a glass with salt and pepper.
Heat lard in a pan, fry onion until translucent, add salami and dumplings, fry for 4-5 minutes, sprinkle paprika powder and mix well.
Now pour the beaten eggs over it and let it set, turning it often.
Arrange the potato dumplings with egg and serve.
