Instructions:

Sauté the onion in butter until translucent. Add juniper and cabbage or kale, toast lightly while turning. Mix with heavy cream cheese. Place in buttered ovenproof dish, top with potatoes, sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the middle of the oven heated to 180 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Tips Instead of 300 g of cabbage use 500 g of spinach.

Also tastes good: mix very finely chopped smoked bacon (only a very little) with the cabbage.

Instead of potatoes use ready-made spaetzli.

Our tip: use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
