Instructions:

Rinse the potatoes, remove the skin and grate finely. Peel the onion and grate finely as well. Add sour salt, eggs, whipped cream and breadcrumbs, mix thoroughly. Heat lard and bake small potato pancakes in portions for about 3 minutes on each side.

Serve with apple compote with cranberries, garnished with mint.
