Instructions:

Stir butter and sugar until thick and creamy, gradually mix with egg yolks, cooled potatoes, almond kernels and finally with stiffly beaten egg whites.

Fill into a buttered pudding mold dusted with very fine semolina, make about 30-40 minutes in the haze.

Serve with stewed cherries or sour cherries.
