Instructions:

Boil potatoes, let cool a little, peel and cut into slices. Cut sage into strips.

Fry potatoes and sage in hot frying butter for 10 minutes, turning frequently, mashing potatoes a little.

Slice raclette cheese, mix well with potatoes and let melt. Add cream and boil down, season. Let the base brown slightly.

Garnish with sage.
