Instructions:

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes, let them steam out and then strain them.

Mix two thirds of the breadcrumbs, whipped cream, egg, parsley and the cheese. Add the ham cubes, season and add everything to the potato mixture.

Form round patties of about 6-8 cm in diameter, roll in the remaining breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
