For the custard rolls, roll out the puff pastry, cut into evenly thick strips, of around 2-3 cm, and wrap over foam roll molds.

Place end down on a baking sheet. Brush with a little beaten egg, sprinkle with water and bake in the oven according to the package instructions.

Let cool and in the meantime prepare the cream. To do this, boil the milk with two packets of vanilla pudding powder to make the custard and allow to cool.

Whip the Qimiq Vanilla and mix it with the cooled custard. Fill the puff pastry rolls with the custard and decorate with chocolate icing.

Refrigerate the custard rolls before serving.
