Instructions:

For the dough, mix all ingredients and knead with a food processor with the dough hooks for 10 minutes until smooth. Form 10 small balls from the dough.

Grease a round roaster or cast-iron pan, place the dough balls in it with some space between them, cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes.

Cut mountain cheese into smaller squares and place each between the dough balls. Place bacon and radish between the dough balls as well.

Melt the butter and mix with the garlic. Brush the dough balls with it, cover again with the kitchen towel and let rise for another 10 minutes.

Remove the towel and sprinkle the dough with salt, pepper and oregano.

Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes.

Let cool slightly, sprinkle with the rosemary needles and serve quickly.
