For the pumpkin ragout with chicken skewers, add carrot, celery and half of the pumpkin cubes. Sprinkle with the homemade curry, sweat briefly, then pour in some of the soup. Simmer gently over medium heat for about 15 minutes, adding soup as needed.

Add the remaining pumpkin cubes and continue to simmer on low heat for about 8-10 minutes. After about 4-5 minutes, add the leeks.

Finally, season the stew with salt and pepper and mix well so that the pumpkin cubes break down with the longer cooking time. This is how you achieve a binding.

Cut the chicken breast into 4 cm cubes and put them on skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a frying pan with the remaining clarified butter. Arrange the pumpkin ragout with chicken skewers and serve.
