Put the flour in a bowl, crumble the yeast and mix, add pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seeds and spices, add warm water and mix well. Beat the dough several times, if it is viscous, then dust with a little flour and let it rise for about half an hour in a warm place. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250° top and bottom heat and prepare a baking tray with baking paper. When the dough has risen, punch it down again, shape it into a loaf with your hands, brush it generously with water and then bake it for 20 minutes, then switch it back to 180° and bake it for another 20 minutes. When the loaf is ready, remove from the oven and place on a rack to cool.
