Instructions:

Cut the pumpkin meat into large pieces.

Bring soup to a boil and cook the pumpkin meat in the beef broth for 5 minutes.

Remove the pumpkin meat from the soup, pass it through a sieve and then return it to the soup.

Finish the soup with milk and bring to the table sprinkled with chives.
