For the quick radish salad, remove the green from the radishes. Wash the radishes well and cut into quarters.

For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of seed oil with 1 tablespoon of herb vinegar (preferably homemade with rosemary, thyme, garlic), salt and pepper.

Toss the radish quarters in the dressing, add a few drops of lemon juice. Leave to infuse for a few minutes.

The radish salad goes perfectly as a fresh component to a snack with cheese and bacon.
