Put the onion in a frying pan with the butter, roast until translucent, stir through with double cream and nutmeg, season with salt and set aside.
Fry bacon in a frying pan until crispy and set aside.
Preheat oven to 250 °C.
Roll out dough very thinly on a floured surface.
Grease baking tray and cover with dough.
Spread onion mixture evenly and drizzle with oil. Spread bacon cubes evenly on top.
Bake in the oven (bottom) at 250 °C for about 10 minutes.
Cut into portions and serve hot.
