Instructions:

Season the ragout pieces and fry well on all sides in the heated oil. Pour off the remaining oil. Add minced onion and garlic and steam until translucent. Add tomato puree and tomatoes, steam for five minutes. Extinguish with red wine and steam at low temperature with closed lid for five minutes.

Mix the mushrooms with the juice of one lemon and the pepper and add to the ragout. Mix the water with the gravy powder and add little by little. Turn the pieces of meat in between to the other side, meanwhile stew for forty to fifty minutes.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for a particularly fine taste!
