Instructions:

Halve the kidneys and soak them in the red wine for 2 hours. Season rabbit pieces with salt and pepper. Heat oil or clarified butter in saucepan, fry meat in portions, turning, on 2 or automatic heat 7 to 9 until golden brown, remove, keep warm. Fry bacon cubes in remaining fat until translucent. Add onion cubes and garlic cloves, sauté briefly. Add meat, kidneys together with wine and spices, let simmer. Add corn kernels, diced kitchen herbs, carrot, celery and spices, cook with closed lid on 1 or automatic cooking zone 4 to 5 or in oven until cooked.
