Instructions:

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and coconut flakes.

Whisk together the oil, milk and eggs and slowly stir in the dry ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place 12 paper cups in a muffin tray and divide the batter evenly among all the cups.

Now press a Raffaello into each mold. Let the muffins bake for 10 minutes, pressing down the Raffaellos again if necessary.

Bake for another 15 minutes until the muffins are cooked through.
