For the raspberry casserole, butter a baking dish. Fill with raspberries and sprinkle with raspberry brandy.

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of water until stiff, stir in the sugar, yolks, almonds and flour mixed with baking powder.

Spread half of the mixture over the raspberries. Mix the other half with grated chocolate and spread on top.

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 °C for about 60 minutes.
