For the Raspberry-Strawberry-Ribisel Fruit Spread, prepare the jars, wash them clean and sterilize them in the oven at about 100 °C or in boiling water.
Carefully sort out the berries. Wash and clean strawberries, cut larger fruits into pieces. Wash and grate the currant.
Combine all berries in a saucepan with the jelling sugar and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for about 4 minutes until bubbly, then immediately fill into the prepared jars and screw shut.
