For the raspberry yogurt mousse, pre-chill the glasses in the refrigerator. For the yogurt mousse, beat egg whites and granulated sugar until stiff.

For the raspberry mousse, whip the Guma Pâtisserie cream until it reaches a firm yet airy consistency.

Mix in the strained raspberries, lemon juice and powdered sugar. Fill the mixture into the glasses and refrigerate.

For the yogurt mousse, whip the Guma Pâtisserie cream until it reaches a firm but still airy consistency.

Add the yogurt, lemon juice and powdered sugar and fold in the beaten egg whites. Arrange on top of the raspberry mousse, creating 2 beautiful layers.

Chill the raspberry yogurt mousse in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
