A great cake recipe for any occasion:

1.peel beet neatly and grate finely 2.separate eggs, stir yolks with honey until creamy 3.gradually mix in the beet ground cloves, beet, almond kernels, flour and rum 4.grease a cake springform pan (26 cm O) thoroughly 5.preheat the oven to 190 °C (convection oven 170 °C ) 6. Whip the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the batter 7.Pour the batter into the center of the pan and bake in the oven (center) for 50-60 min until golden brown Tip: Cover the cooled cake with lemon or chocolate glaze and serve with whipped cream.
