For the currant muffins, preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air. Wash the currants and drain well. Beat the egg and slowly add the oil.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and yogurt. Mix flour with baking powder and cornstarch and fold into the batter.

Finally, carefully fold in the berries, fill the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 20 minutes.
