For the red-white-red pizza, first prepare the pizza dough the night before. Boil the beet for the pizza sauce until soft and peel. Hard boil the eggs.

The next day, puree all the ingredients for the pizza sauce.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C (use a pizza stone if possible).

Spread the dough thinly. Spread the pizza sauce on top and brush the edge of the dough with oil. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Cut the eggs into slices. Cut the raw beet into thin strips. Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Season the radishes and beets separately with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Top the red-white-red pizza with red beets and radishes. Spread eggs and maties on top and serve the red-white-red pizza.
