Instructions:

For the remoulade, first make a basic mayonnaise mixture from the egg yolks and oil.

Chop the cucumbers and the kitchen herbs. Rinse, dry and chop the anchovy fillets. Rinse and drain the capers. Mix everything into the mayonnaise.

Season the remoulade with mustard, salt, 1 pinch of sugar and pepper.
