Instructions:

Put rhubarb in a saucepan, add white wine and sugar. Stew for 5 to 6 min until soft, crush. Add ginger, lime juice and zest, fold in mineral water.

Pour into a metal baking dish, place in freezer for about 2 hours. Stir heartily every 30 min to make sorbet creamier.
