Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

Pasta in enough boiling salted water form and cook about 10 min. al dente, stirring from time to time.

In the meantime, heat oil in a frying pan. Roast the pine nuts in it, turning them until golden brown, then remove them.

Remove the skin from the onion and dice. Drain tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Sauté both in the frying pan in the cooking fat.

Pour ¼ liter of water and milk. stir in clear soup and let the whole thing bubble up once. Cut the gorgonzola into cubes.

Stir cheese cubes into sauce until melted. Stir in sauce thickener, simmer on low heat for about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Rinse parsley, chop. Add to the sauce with the pine nuts.

Drain the pasta. Arrange on plates with the sauce.
