For the ribbon noodles with zucchini and turkey ham, first peel the zucchini into thin strips with a peeler. Cut the turkey ham into bite-sized strips. Pluck the basil.

Cook the ribbon noodles in salted water until al dente.

Melt some butter with olive oil in a pan. Sauté the zucchini strips and turkey ham in it. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and add whipped cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Stir in the ribbon noodles and serve the ribbon noodles with zucchini and turkey ham garnished with basil.
