Instructions:

Rinse ribs. Clean, rinse and chop carrot and leek.

Season the ribs. Fry in hot fat for about five minutes. Fry the prepared vegetables.

Stir stock and soy sauce. Pour gradually to the ribs. Cover and simmer for about one hour.

Remove ribs from stewing stock. Place on a baking sheet. Stir honey, rose wine and soy sauce. Brush ribs with it. Roast in heated oven at 200 °C for ten to fifteen minutes.

Stir and season the ingredients for the dips.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives, if possible!
