A cake recipe for all foodies:

Make a kneaded dough with egg, butter, flour, baking powder and 1 tbsp. sugar.

Pour the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper, bake at 170 °C for 30 minutes. Remove the cooled base from the mold, place on a cake plate mold and put a springform rim around it. Cook the cake glaze according to instructions and spread evenly on the base.

For the rice mixture, make the long grain rice, drain and cool.

Blend briefly with a hand blender. Fold in curd, sugar and gelatine.

The amount on the ground form and become firm.

Drain the raspberries (defrost the Tk berries), collect the juice and add water to 500 ml. Cook two packets of cake glaze with the juice according to instructions.

Spread raspberries evenly on the cake, glaze over it form and become. Remove the edge of the springform pan and decorate the cake with dabs of cream.
