Instructions:

Soak long grain rice for 30 min. Cut half of the onions finely, the other half coarsely.

Mix long grain rice with eggs, finely chopped onions, rusk and cheese, season. Form meat loafs, roast.

Peel tomatoes, cut into cubes. Steam remaining onions in butter with garlic clove until soft.

Sprinkle cheese over meat loaf and serve with vegetables.
