For the rice pudding with bananas, empty the rice into a colander and rinse well. Let it drain. Soak gelatin in cold water, then squeeze well.

Cook the rice in the milk with a pinch of salt until soft. Stir the citrus peel, mascarpone and honey into the rice pudding.

Mash bananas with a fork or use a hand blender, immediately mix with lime juice and add to the rice.

Heat the Grand Marnier and dissolve the well squeezed gelatine in it. Stir into the rice. Now whip the cream and carefully fold it into the rice pudding.

Pour the mixture into cold-rinsed ramekins and chill in the refrigerator (at least 3 hours).

Turn out the rice pudding with bananas onto dessert plates and serve immediately.
