Cook the long grain rice in salted water until it is dry. In the meantime, fry the onion rings in the fat until light brown. Add the banana pieces and fry briefly. Pour on the whipping cream and vegetable soup, add the pineapple and grated coconut. Season with salt, pepper and lots of curry. Fold in the finished long-grain rice.
