Instructions:

1. boil long grain rice, milk and apple juice concentrate and simmer with lid closed for 30-40 min.

Remove from heat, stir in grapes and other fruit. Cool.

3. divide risotto evenly among four serving bowls or pour into a large bowl. Sprinkle with almond flakes and cinnamon.
