Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. clean the mushrooms with a brush, if necessary, remove the tubes, then cut into thin slices.

2. peel the onion, then finely dice and sauté in olive oil until soft. Add the mushroom slices, sauté for about five minutes and turn to the other side. Add the wine, boil the liquid a little bit and season with salt and pepper.
