Instructions:

Rinse the meat, dry it. Chop onion very finely. Crush garlic. Stir spices, onion, garlic and mustard to make a paste. Brush top of meat with paste.

Seal meat in roasting bag and poke holes with a needle. Cook at 200 °C for about 50 minutes. Remove meat from the bag, bake for 10 minutes.

Serve with: Brussels sprouts, sparrows.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also have a fresh taste!
