(*) A rectangular baking tray, about 30x40cm.

Beat egg yolks, sugar and kirsch until very creamy. Add raisins, ancaerumae, spices and nuts (almond kernels, hazelnuts or tree nuts). Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in alternately with the snow.

Butter the baking tray well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake at 180 °C for about thirty minutes.

Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
