Try this delicious cake recipe:

Whisk together sugar, flour and baking powder. Add mineral water, oil, lemon zest and juice. Add the eggs a little at a time.

Fill the dough into 2 greased and floured chicken baking dishes. Bake in a hot oven (electric oven: 200 degrees / convection oven: 175 degrees / gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. Cool for 5 min. in the baking dish. Remove rooster and hen and cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
