Pfannengerichte” by Rainer Strobel Lightly plate the rump steaks and season with salt and pepper. Season the mustard with a little curry and stir in the horseradish.

Coat the steaks on both sides with it. Finely dice the shallots and place on top of the mustard. Press everything gently until smooth.

Turn the steaks in flour on the other side and pull them through beaten and whisked eggs. Roast the steaks in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown. As a side dish, cut the raw potatoes and the onion into thin slices and roast them in hot oil until brown, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the fried potatoes with the rump steaks.
