Instructions:

Put the dough ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Spread a greased mold with 2/3 of the dough and press the amount a little bit upwards at the edges of the mold, so that there is a bulge in the dough.

Mix the curd, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and vanilla pudding powder and spread on the dough. Twirl the remaining third of the dough over the cake as crumbles.

Now bake the whole thing at 200 degrees in an electric kitchen oven or at 175 degrees in a hot-air oven for about 1 hour. After 3/4 hour it is recommended to turn off the top heat.

Finally, you can sprinkle the cake with sifted powdered sugar.
