Wash and shred the lettuce. Halve the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and cut into quarters. Make a marinade with vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar.

Arrange lettuce leaves, tomatoes and cucumber nicely on plates, spread marinade on top and sprinkle with chives.

Cut the sheep’s cheese croissants in half, place them on top and drizzle with seed oil.
