Instructions:

Smoked salmon is mixed with whipped cream, cream cheese, egg, whole milk, horseradish and pepper with the help of a blender or hand mixer to a salmon farce.

Now take 1 package of puff pastry (450 g) from the freezer and thaw it according to the instructions (about 10 minutes). Depending on the type of pastry, cut it into squares of 7 cm side length. Then wash and chop the young onion. Place a walnut-sized portion of the salmon sauce in the center of the pastry, sprinkle with the chopped onion and a little dill, and fold up the corners until they meet in the center.

There they are glued together with egg white (separate 1 egg beforehand).

Then brush them with a mixture of egg yolk and milk (mix 2-3 tbsp milk and 1 egg yolk) and bake them in the oven heated to about 200 °C according to the instructions (about 12-15 min.).

Bring to the table warm and bon appétit!
