Salmon on Tagliatelle with Herb Sauce

Instructions:

Grind all ingredients for the pesto in a food processor until you get a thick, uniform amount. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Make tagliatelle in salted water according to directions. Drain and toss in olive oil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Sauté the shallots in a saucepan, add the whipping cream, cook until half done, add the pesto and the salmon pieces. Heat, but do not boil any more or the salmon will fall apart and the pesto will lose its color. Fold in the warm pasta and serve in a deep plate with fresh bread.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
