Try this delicious pasta dish:

Make noodles in hot water according to package directions, then strain and set aside.

Mince garlic, chili peppers, ginger and cilantro leaves in a hand blender.

Heat vegetable and sesame oil in a wok, add the pepperoncini paste, stir-fry a little. Pour in coconut milk and fish stock, bring to a boil, reduce temperature, continue to simmer for about ten minutes.

Add salmon strips, juice of one lemon and fish sauce, continue to simmer for two min.

Divide noodles evenly among plates, pour salmon soup over, garnish with scallions and mint leaves.
