For the salmon spread, hard boil the eggs and let cool. Remove the leaves and roots from the radishes, wash, dry and cut into very small pieces, add a little salt.

Put them in a sieve and drain well. Peel and chop the young onions. Chop the smoked salmon and cooled eggs.

Put the cream cheese in a bowl, mix with lemon juice and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the eggs, radishes, green onion and smoked salmon.

Mix in finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
