1. very finely chop the fish and shallots, first mix with the spices, then with the oil. Just before serving, season the tartare with a little lemon juice.
2. preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the ciabatta into diagonal slices, drizzle with a little olive oil and toast in the oven until light.
Form 5 dumplings from the fish mixture with 2 spoons. Cover the bread with lettuce leaves and the tartar dumplings.
Tip: Fish to taste
You can cook the tartar from any fish – the only but very important requirement is: it must be super fresh!
