For the salmon with pakchoi sauce, rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and marinate with the ginger and lemon juice.

Pakchoi and sage nudelig, garlic in thin slices cut. Bring the soy sauce to the boil, add the pakchoi, sage and garlic, salt and simmer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the waffle iron. After the 10 minutes, turn off the heat, place the salmon fillet in the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed.

Place hash browns in waffle iron and fry for 3-4 minutes until nicely browned and crispy. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and serve the salmon with the pakcho sauce and the rösti waffles.
